How these projects were made

Each piece begins with templates cut to the frame, foam and webbing renewed where needed, and fabric chosen for Caribbean sun, salt and rain. Outdoor and marine work uses solution-dyed acrylics and marine vinyls with UV-stable thread so seams don't fail in the first season.
